Dr. Elena Cris\u00e0<\/strong> graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Turin, where she later received her specialization in Hematology and her PhD, spending a period at King’s College London’s Hematology.<\/p>\n\n

He subsequently carried out his professional activities in Turin (University Hematology City of Health and Science) and Novara (UNIUPO, Maggiore della Carit\u00e0 Hospital).<\/p>\n\n

Since 2022, she has been working at IRCCS Candiolo as a hematologist. Her scientific focus is myeloid diseases (myelodysplasias, acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms) and she is coordinator of the Institute’s Myeloproliferative Syndromes GIC.<\/p>\n\n

He is a member of the scientific committee of the Italian Myelodysplastic Syndromes Foundation as well as the European Hematology Association’s scientific group on quality of life.
