Dr. Paola D’Elia graduated from the Women’s Technical Maturity School for Econome Dietitians, which was then followed by the diploma of Dietitian obtained at the School of Dietitians directed by Professor Franco Balzola at the S. Giovanni Battista Hospital in Turin and finally the degree in Dietetics obtained at the University of Studies “Gabriele d’Annunzio” in Chieti.

From December 1998 to February 2001 Dietitian at the Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Service of the Ospedale Mauriziano Umberto I in Turin.

He has been working as a dietitian at the IRCCS Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Service in Candiolo since March 2001.

It is responsible for the nutritional intake of oncology patients referred to the Institute.

He is a contact person for IRCCS food service as well as for Corporate Quality of the Outpatient Clinic.

From October 2013 to present, he is a Tutor for students of the Faculty of Dietetics at the University of Turin.

He has participated in the writing of 15 scientific publications on dietary topics.

He has participated as a speaker in 5 courses on nutrition topics.
