Dr. Marco Gatti graduated from the University of Turin with a degree in medicine and surgery and a specialization in radiation oncology therapy.
He worked at the Institut Gustave Roussy (Villejuif, Paris) from 1998 to 1999. In 1999 he attended the Varian Training Center, High Energy Clinac California (USA).
He has been a Level I Medical Director at IRCCS since 1999 and has been the Head of Radiotherapy at IRCCS since January 2018. He provides radiation therapy for breast cancer, soft part sarcomas, prostate cancer, skin cancer, central nervous system metastases, and bone metastases.
He is an expert in special radiotherapy techniques such as stereotactic radiotherapy, Tomotherapy, IMRT and IGRT.
He is head of the osteoncology and neuroncology GIC at IRCCS. He is a contact person for soft part sarcomas at the Piedmont and Aosta Valley Oncology Network.
He is the author and co-author of 79 scientific publications.
