Dr. Sara Bresciani received her bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Turin, where she later specialized in medical physics.

After professional experience at the Umberto I Hospital in Turin, he has been working at the IRCCS in Candiolo since 2007 in the Health Physics team, for which he is a referent. He has to his credit the implementation of major high-complexity radiotherapy techniques (TLI, IMRT, PBI, VMAT, SRS, SBRT and helical tomotherapy techniques) and HDR brachytherapy treatment.

He is a contact person for the national in vivo dosimetry group and has collaborated with ISS on the development of dosimetry audits.

She is an expert in Grade III Radiation Protection and a lecturer at the graduate school of Medical Physics at the University of Turin in computational algorithms for external beam treatment.

She is the author and coauthor of about 100 scientific publications, reports and abstracts at national and international congresses.
