Dr. Pierluigi Lario received his medical degree from the University of Turin, Italy, and later specialized in cardiovascular diseases at the same university.
He served, from 1977 to 1997, at the Cardiology Department with attached Coronary Care Unit of Pinerolo Hospital and from 1977 to 2017 at the Hospital Cardiology Department and Coronary Care Unit of Molinette Hospital in Turin.
Since 2019, he has been a consultant cardiologist at IRCCS Candiolo.
