At IRCCS Candiolo, the Cardiology Unit offers specialized support to cancer patients, with a focus on prevention, diagnosis and management of treatment-related cardiovascular complications.
Activities
- Cardiological risk assessment before surgery or chemotherapy treatment;
- Early diagnosis and treatment of oncology drug-induced cardiotoxicity;
- Management of cardiovascular emergencies in patients treated at the Institute.
