Dr. Elena Francesca Giacone graduated from the University of Turin with a degree in Medicine and Surgery and later completed her residency in Dermatology and Venereology with highest honors.
He later obtained a Graduate Diploma in Oncologic Skin Surgery from the University Renè Descartes in Paris .
From the completion of his residency to 2010, he worked at the Division of Surgical Dermatology at St. Lazarus Hospital in Turin, performing surgical work in the dermato-oncology field. In recent years, he has also collaborated with the Italian League for the Fight against Cancer and the Piedmont Cancer Prevention and Treatment Association by conducting dermatological screening and prevention visits .
From 2010 to 2020, he worked as a Medical Executive at the Skin Tumor Surgery Unit of IRCCS Candiolo, where to date he continues his work as a consulting physician.
During these years, he took part in the working group of the Piedmont Oncology Network on Cutaneous Tumors .
He has more than 4000 dermo oncological and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures to his credit in that field .
She has authored and coauthored scientific publications and papers at national and international conferences.
