Dr. Sara Dall’Armellina received her medical degree from the University of Turin, where she completed her residency in Nuclear Medicine in 2023. After specialization, he performed clinical work for about two years at a Nuclear Medicine facility in the Lombardy Region, consolidating his professional skills. During the same period, he also expanded his education with a Level I Master’s degree in Oncology Imaging at the University of Pisa. Previously,
received his bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiology Imaging and Radiotherapy Techniques, an experience that formed the basis of his interest in diagnostic imaging and technological advances applied to medicine.
Since 2025, he has been a member of the Nuclear Medicine team at IRCCS Candiolo, where he conducts clinical and research activities in the areas of diagnostic imaging, therapy and personalized medicine.
His main areas of specialization are in oncologic imaging, with particular reference to the use of tracers for the study of prostate cancer, an area in which he has gained extensive experience in both clinical practice and research. In this context, he participated in the drafting of the Italian Association of Nuclear Medicine (AIMN) guidelines dedicated to the management of prostate cancer with different radiopharmaceuticals.
