Dr. Flavia Palermo graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro.” He later received his Postgraduate degree in Medical Genetics from the University of Genoa and his Master’s degree in “Hereditary cancers: from molecular profiling to management” from the University of Padua.

Over the years, he has carried out his professional activities between the province of Turin (Fellowship at the San Luigi Gonzaga University Hospital in Orbassano, collaboration with the University of Turin for Research Grant) and Biella (external collaborator of the Edo and Elvo Tempia Valenta ONLUS Foundation from 2021 to 2024).

Since 2021, he has been working at IRCCS Candiolo as a medical liaison of the Medical Genetics outpatient clinic. She is coauthor of 3 scientific publications.
