Dr. Luca Resca received his medical degree from the University of Padua, Italy, and then his residency in General Surgery from the University of Siena, Italy. She holds the National Diploma of the ACOI School of Breast Surgery.
He devotes his professional activity to the surgical and multidisciplinary treatment of breast diseases, with a special focus on neoplastic pathology. It follows the patient’s diagnostic-therapeutic pathway in all its phases: intake, multidimensional assessment, surgical treatment, and post-treatment follow-up.
He is also involved in the management of benign and borderline diseases, heredo-family risk reduction surgery, and the
breast cancer prevention. Proposes cutting-edge therapeutic strategies, with emphasis on minimally invasive and oncoplastic techniques aimed at selective removal of pathological tissues and preservation of healthy ones.
He also collaborates with specialists in Plastic Surgery for the management of reconstructive procedures post cancer surgery.
He conducts clinical research in the field of oncological diseases and has authored indexed scientific publications.
