Dr. Paola Sgandurra graduated from the University of Turin in 2005 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery and completed her residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the same university in 2011 after a period of training at University College London Hospitals.
Until 2022, he served as Medical Director in the Directorate of Gynecologic Oncology and Breast Unit at IRCCS Candiolo where he still serves as a consultant.
Clinical activities focused on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases of the female genital tract and breast with special reference to the organization of pathways and innovation and optimization of surgical treatment.
He has participated in the drafting of consensus documents within the Piedmont Oncology Network study groups, collaborated in the conduct of several clinical trials, and participated in numerous national and international courses and congresses.
