Dr. Tiziana Venesio, a graduate in Biological Sciences, received her Ph.D. in Human Oncology from the University of Turin and her specialization in Genetics from the University of Pavia. He began oncology studies at the Oncogenetics Section, NCI, USA, and the Oncology Laboratory, FMI, Basel, CH.

She has been an AIRC fellow in Pathology Anatomy at St. John AS Hospital and a consultant at Candiolo IRCCs and other research NGOs.

Since 2010, she has been a Senior Biologist at FPO-IRCCS where she was a referent for molecular diagnostics of hereditary colon and sporadic solid tumors, delving into the role of colorectal carcinogenesis associated with oxidative damage. He is currently involved in Institutional Studies as a molecular geneticist and is responsible for FPO for the European GenomeMET project for standardization of genomic analysis.

She has authored 90 international publications, and has been a speaker at about 100 national/international conferences.
