Dr. Alice Borsano

Dr. Alice Borsano received her medical degree from the University of Turin, Italy, and then her residency in General Surgery from the University of Eastern Piedmont in Novara, Italy. Over the years she has devoted herself to Oncologic Surgery, especially colon-rectal surgery (open and minimally invasive approach) and rare tumors-retroperitoneal sarcomas.
Since 2020, he has been working at IRCCS Candiolo, where he is among the members of the Surgical Oncology team. He has more than 500 general surgeries to his credit using the latest robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
He is a member of ACOI (Association of Italian Hospital Surgeons) and has been an active participant in the Pancreatic Tumor Study Group of the Piedmont Aosta Valley Oncology Network since 2024.
He is co-author of about 11 scientific publications.
